| Description: | With the winter cold snap biting hard and the icy roads still too treacherous to cycle on it can be hard to get any training in on the bike. So why not dust off the turbo trainer, pack up the bike and bring them to the Edmund Rice Youth & Community Multiplex. Club training is available in a nice warm room with no chance of a puncture! For those of you without a turbo trainer there are also some spinning bikes available for use. |
